The data controller for personal data collected via micsped.eu is Sznigir Dorota Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe P.W. MIC-SPED&CO, VAT/Tax ID (NIP): 852-14-35-058 ("Controller").
1. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect data voluntarily provided by the user: full name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, subject and message content. The server also logs basic technical data (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to the submitted enquiry and to prepare a potential commercial offer - based on the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the Controller's legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Data retention period
Contact form data is stored for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for the limitation period of potential claims, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with entities providing hosting and e-mail delivery services to the Controller - solely to the extent necessary to perform those services.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
6. Cookies
The website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. The only session cookie used is in the admin panel (/admin) to maintain the logged-in administrator's session, and is strictly necessary/technical in nature.
